Synopsis:

This song is a cover of a more well known song by Leonard Cohen, and popularized as the title track in the dark 1990 cult classic movie “Pump Up the Volume”, staring Christian Slater as a renegade pirate radio host who goes by the name “Hard On Harry” and inspires teen angst and anti-establishment motives. It also happens to be one of the best sountracks of the 1990’s, a period where there were a lot of epic soundtracks.
